How do I retrieve my Document Centre password?

What is the issue? 

I do not know my Document Centre password.

I forget my Document Centre password.

I am a new Document Centre user and I need a new login.

To whom is it relevant?

What is the solution? 

If you forget your password or do not know your password, please follow this link to have the password sent to you:

https://www.lbmx.com/portal/

Click the Forgot Your Password link

Enter the email address associated with the LBMX account in the box below. You will receive an email with the username and password within a few minutes. 

If you are a new user and need access to your company's Document Centre, please ask your Document Centre Admin to create a new account for you. 

Note: each Document Centre was setup with an Administrator - if you are unable to determine who the Admin is, please contact LBMX Support for assistance at support@lbmx.com.
