My Document Centre login suddenly stopped working.
I have forgotten the password to my Document Centre.

What is the solution?
If your Document Centre password has stopped working, please perform a "self reset" as follows,
Note - you will need the email address and username associated with the account to complete a reset. If you are using someone else's account, you must request your own account instead by emailing support@lbmx.com.
1. Navigate to this link
2. Click the Forgot Your Password Link
3. This will take you to the Reset Password screen. Input the email address and username associated with your Document Centre.
4. click SEND
5. An email titled "Forgotten password reset" containing a reset password link will be sent to, please check both your Inbox and Junk mail.
6. Click Reset Password
7. You will be directed to a page where you can select your new password. Please choose a password that contain the following:
- Must be 10+ characters
- Must have 3 of 4 character types
- Uppercase
- Lowercase
- Number
- Symbol
NOTE - The New password cannot have been used in the past 2 years
8. Click Reset Password
9. You will receive a confirmation that your password has been saved
10. Login to your Document Center portal via the login screen https://www.lbmx.com/portal
