A: The link in the registration email expires after one week or if the link was already used. Please contact support@lbmx.com to request a new link.

Q: The ‘Submit’ button on the registration is greyed out and I can’t submit the form

A: Please ensure that all fields are filled out and that your password meets all required criteria. You can confirm this by verifying if all three requirement lines are displayed in green.

Q: What is my username?

A: Your username is the email address you registered with.

Q: I don’t recall my password. How can I reset it?

A: Click here or select ‘Forgot Your Password?’ in the login screen to reset your password.

Q: How do I enable 2-FA/Dual Factor Authentication?

A: Please reach out to support@lbmx.com to enable 2-FA/Dual Factor Authentication.

Q: Why am I not receiving the 6-digit 2-FA/Dual Factor Authentication Code?

A: Please ensure that emails from notification@lbmx.com are not being blocked or sent to spam.

Q: Why do I need to enter the 2-FA/Dual Factor Code already despite checking off the box to ‘Remember this device for 90 days’?

A: This option relies on information stored in your browser. If you are trying to log into your account using a different device, different browser, or if your browser data was cleared, you will be prompted to enter the code.

Q: I successfully registered but the page keeps loading when I try to log in

A: This indicates that your account is likely missing permissions. Please reach out to the user who set up your login or support@lbmx.com to have the missing permissions added.
